1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and k9i ("we", "us", "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on k9i, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the k9i platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the k9i platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. k9i reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Gambling is strictly prohibited for persons under 21.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be currently self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from any gambling service.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on k9i. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, along with forfeiture of any balances and pending winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

k9i carries out identity and age verification (KYC) on accounts before processing withdrawal requests or during account reviews. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update it promptly if it changes. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of mobile banking account under your name, e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

k9i supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of methods widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. k9i reserves the right to hold or reverse withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

• Funds deposited must be used for wagering; they may not be immediately withdrawn without meeting minimum play-through requirements set at the time of deposit.
• k9i does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must come from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

k9i offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time frame stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• k9i reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the promotion, including by using multiple accounts or manipulative betting patterns.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements unless otherwise expressly stated. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds until the rollover is complete.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k9i platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent any game mechanism.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent financial activity via the platform.
• Opening or using multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other prohibited purpose.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets that deliberately exploit a platform error, technical glitch, or pricing mistake (commonly known as "arbing" or "scalping").

k9i employs advanced monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play, and our team conducts regular reviews. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is conducted, during which time all pending withdrawals will be held.

7. Responsible Gaming

k9i is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. Gambling should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity, never a financial solution or a compulsion. We provide a set of tools to help players stay in control, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, or comply with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the k9i platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of k9i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content on the k9i platform without prior written permission from k9i.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9i, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. k9i's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

k9i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe or providing false documentation during KYC review.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

k9i may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

Where a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, k9i will endeavour to provide notice via the email address registered on your account or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute, k9i encourages players to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English, with proceedings held in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction.
